Bill Corrigan

Managing Partner

Bill began his construction career working as a laborer and block layer during summer break while attending Rosemount High School. He graduated early and attended Dakota Community College for their construction management program. Soon after completing that he started full time with Serice Construction as a line leader. Through Serice he was soon running large scale projects at the Mall of America, St Paul Airport, and University of Minnesota. Through his work with Serice Construction, Bill was offered the operations job with All Done Demolition. All Done was a commercial demolition company working on major demolition projects including malls, strip centers, office buildings, and hospitals.
During this time, he also operated heavy equipment including backhoes, bobcats, cranes, and bulldozers. In addition to demolition All Done also was licensed by the State of Minnesota to build sound walls and guard rails throughout the state. Bill was responsible for securing these projects and oversaw the sound barrier wall division until 1992 Bill moved to Aspen Colorado to work on high end homes for Rudd Construction. Here he was overseeing ground up projects for some of the largest and most expensive homes in Aspen. Celebrities, big business, and athletes were the clients. Rudd built out dozens of homes ranging from 5,000-20,000 sq ft and with some incredible architectural styles built into the mountain ranges. Leaving Aspen, Bill was hired by RL Johnson Construction to oversee build outs on large projects for Pier One Imports, Home Depot, Brinker International, May Department Stores, and The Forest Preston Mall in downtown Dallas. Through RLJ and subsequently Scott and Reed, Bill dealt with pre-construction design development, bid oversight and coordination, staffing, and on-site supervision for all contractors and trade groups. These projects ranged from 10,000 sq ft to well over 1,000,000 sq ft and were located across the country.
