Len began his career in sales and food distribution with Haddon House Food Products in 1992. His first role for the company was a sales position servicing supermarkets and independent retailers. Len was quickly recognized for achieving top sales and performance goals. His tenacity for building sales teams and providing best in class service led him to numerous management roles throughout his 26-year career at Haddon House, as Independent Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Account Executive, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales. After being promoted to Sr. Vice President, Len expanded the sales and service teams to over 470 associates, was known for hosting industry-best buying shows, launched numerous private label programs, led the expansion of dairy and deli programs, executed innovative promotional strategies, and acquired large retail customers that increased total company sales over 42% in a four-year period, leading to the sale of the company in 2016. After successfully migrating customers and associates through the acquisition, Len went on to his new role as Sr. Vice President of National Sales and Service for United Natural Foods. Where Len successfully managed a National Account team of 32 associates servicing over $1.6 billion in annual sales and a Field Sales team of 755 associates servicing over $1.2 billion annually. After 4.5 years of recognized leadership with United Natural Foods, Len moved on to start his own brand building company, Express Lane Sales, and is now a managing partner of Tri-Point International. Through his industry knowledge and endless relationships, Len is known for his ability to launch brands, by identifying a strategy that maximizes every retail opportunity across all channels.
